Would like some lighting on the docks.
Dock/slip was/is in need of repair. Lanes in between docks were way too close together. Our boat was damaged by another boat backing into it due to the narrow lanes. Price continues to increase without any improvements being done to the docks.
Some of the boards on the dock are old and need to be replaced. At the pace that the annual fees are increasing, I would hope ownership would take some of that money and put it into facility improvements. If I had another option to dock my boat, I would take it.
Your rates are way to high! Getting on the dock at the start of the year was terrible! Someone broke into our boat in August and then you jacked the price up even more for 2025! We will not be returning!!
Docks are too close. Much harder to maneuver to park in the slip this year. I dont like your technology system. It isnt updated. Keeps telling me i was delinquent on payment for a month when i was paid up a month prior.
We used the pontoon more this year than any other year. Our slip was on the same dock as the "Your Boat Club" used so pretty busy. Some of those renters did not know boating etiquette so had to watch out for them, especially the drunk ones. We did have ample space to pull in and our of our slip.
This was NOT an enjoyable summer of boating. An additional dock was added to squeeze more boats in, but not only did they do that, they moved our dock further north towards the new dock #6! it was a terrible experience for everyone! taking our boats in and out of the slips. I know I speak for everyone when I say this. By the way, there was 3-4X more space by the boat club.
Overall, it was as good season, although the distance between docks made it challenging to navigate.
There is not enough room to back your boat in or out of the docks
Docks were not spaced adequately for safe coming and going.
Dock we're so narrow between dock 4 & 5 - boaters were running into other boater boats, pontoons and motors. We left our motor down the whole season.
Docks are so tight that we could only leave the dock less than 10% of the time. This season we have damage to 2 sides of our pontoon from other boaters, one of which cost me $150 to fix and 3 hours of my time. In a normal year we go thru 2 - 3 tanks of gas, this year we used 1/2 tank, mostly while still sitting at the dock. And now you want more $ for a substandard product - WE'RE DONE!!!
Super accommodating, great entertainment and food for the area.
