Overall the experience was very pleasant. Marina is in very good condition except for the very faded almost nonexistent fairway and slip numbers which made it difficult to find our slip.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bathrooms and grounds are well maintained.
Here’s the reason for only 4 stars.
We had prearranged to have a gate card left for us at the security office. Once we arrived I call to pick it up. The guard told me he didn’t know any about and was at all helpful in trying. I asked for a supervisor and was he was there and he would tell him to contact us . Which he never did. Up at the gate I met another guard and he said he would help but never did. 1/2 an hour later I noticed another guard up on the sidewalk and tried to get his attention. It turned out to be the original guard on the phone and he was very rude and told me he wasn’t going to help. Then he walked away.
