After receiving my email confirmation with our slip numbers we were very pleased and excited of where they were at and that the 2 slips were next to each other. Also knowing that was going to be very hot the day we arrived these were the perfect slips, but we arrived we found out that someone changed our reservations with out notification. The slips they gave were not at all what we were told. When I asked to speak to the marina manager he came over with an attitude. We asked why he changed our reservation? I said that these are not the slips we paid for or were told that we had. He said that they reserve the right to move us were we see fit. We asked him for a refund and his reply was "you have 2 slips and that's what you paid for". I have been in the travel business for 35 years and this is not how you treat customers. We think that it would be far to refund our money for that screw up. He knowingly gave our slip to someone else and he wouldn't admit that he screwed up.
