Very bad experience. Still going on. Made a reservation on 28th July, to come in 29th, paid one day. Cancelled next morning due to heart problem, confirmed cancellation on telephone. Was told I would be charged one day. Fine. Then, I was charged two more days, total of three. $129 plus $258, after cancellation. The charge goes to Daniel Land, (702)250-1013. I called him. Quite rude, and slurred, finally admitted he was with Safe Harbor, and someone would call me back. Noone did. Since then, I have called Safe Harbor Marathon, formerly Marathon Marina, daily. i have spoken to three different people, all of whom “took” my information and said someone would call me back. Today, I have called three times, and left a message. This is not a good business situation. One employee said they have been having problems since bought out by the Safe Harbor group. Another had me hold on while she went to check to find the records. I urge you to be careful in any transactions with this company. 457pm 8/3/2021 I just got off the phone once again with Safe Harbor Marathon. I was able to reach them using a friends phone. I learned that they are having problems. They do not process credit cards, they are foing through a company names DOCKWA that actually processes the cards, and thus they have no way yet to refund unauthorized charges.
