My wife and I were so pleased with Derek in reservations. He spent a great amount of time extending our stay at the marina so that we could assist a family member in Michigan. While we were at his office desk he managed to extend our stay and address numerous incoming calls. He did this all by being kind and helpful to each caller. We want to thank Derek for his professionalism with us. We and sure his other customers feel the same. Marathon Safe Harbor definitely hires competent hard working employees.
