Rick/Steve helped us tie up for fuel. I wanted to pay for the fuel after getting tied up in our slip for a one night stay. He said no. I had to wait for him to wait on two other boats before I could pay for my fuel. He untied us from the fuel dock.
He did not help us tie up on the slip #2. They wanted us to tie up across the water on the non-floating docks when the 1-8 floating docks were wide open. We called the manager to switch to dock #2, That was approved.
Rick/Steve did not provide any service other that than tie/untie us at the fuel dock. He waited on two other boats before I could pay even though I was there first.
Not the service I expected for our 6th stay there.
