Old pilings stacked up in the parking lot by my slip for the entire season. Made it very difficult to load and unload after each trip. Also a tripping hazard.
The water at the docks is terrible. Loaded with iron from the well water. Turns white boats/decks orange. I spent lots of time with rust removers to clean my boat. The water should be treated to remove iron. I am not the only person who has experienced this.
