The images circulating on the internet show the marina a long time ago. Unfortunately I was there for 7 months. I was between two derelict boats that were improperly secured. Two slips away there was a large boat covered in black mold that you could visibly smell and see spreading to the decks of other boats. There are no clean bathrooms, captains lounge ceiling is falling down from mold rot. The docks and pilings are also rotted from visible black mold. No wifi, the dock manager and his wife are running the place like an outlaw biker club. The submerged land is unkept and dangerously shallow. My insurance company warned me that they have an alarming amount of claims from this neglected property. I wish this site allowed me to upload real pictures of this place. They create fake reviews and use false advertising tactics online to get people in there.
