Port Annapolis Marina offers quick, bridge-free access for boaters to the Chesapeake, and is only a short drive (or shorter dinghy ride!) from locally flavored Eastport and Historic Downtown Annapolis.
We have the areas best full-service marina. Yachtsmen of all stripes can enjoy a comfortable, secure, family-oriented marina. Shoreside facilities include an outdoor pool, the Wet Dog Café, laundry room, fitness center and shower rooms. A small putting green overlooks the main dock and barbecues, old oak trees, patio deck and screened gazebo offer excellent cookout opportunities. The Overlook Pavilion is the ideal outdoor space for wedding receptions or corporate events, tucked away in the prettiest corner of our 16 acres.
On-site is one of the areas most well-stocked marine supply stores. The do-it yourself sailor will find a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet boatyard surrounded by woods and waterfront, a place to get down to work and get things done, without having to leave the yard searching for parts. And when Murphys Law strikes, the professionals on hand can help solve any problem from pulling a prop, to standing rigging work, to re-finishing a blistered hull. Or the guys in the boatyard can take the reigns straight away, allowing you stress-free satisfaction, knowing that the work is getting done correctly and in a timely fashion.

This is the best place I have ever had my boat serviced. I deal with marinas all over the East Coast, from Florida to New Jersey. These people are absolutely the best. They restored a flip for me and it was like new when they finished! Plus the place is beautiful for transients as we were able to stay onsite in a monthly slip. Nice pool overlooking the creek and great laundry & bathrooms! I would recommend this marina to anyone who needs service or warranty work done on any size vessel. Very nice people.
In April 2022 I arrived for a 4 day in water and 6 day on the hard service and bottom paint work. On day 4 when no work was started yet I complained since we are a live aboard and had to get a hotel room while work was to be performed. So after I complained my cameras onboard alarmed stating someone was onboard our boat. The camera caught a P.A.M. employees entering our boat and head right for the master bedroom. He got into our BR with the door closed and in short ROBBED US. For over 15 min approximately my installed cameras caught every move he made. I called the project manager and he said no no, I hard to be wrong. I asked them to go to my boat and the answer was no. I said I was on my way to my boat. I then remembered I can talk through my cameras, so I did. I ask the perp what he was doing. He freaked out and ran off the boat but came back onboard before I arrived but all on video. After meeting with owner and management, the project manager stated, we tell our employees if they see camera's when onboard to cover them. Worst thing one can say if your honest. A call to Annapolis PD ended the meeting and charges are pending. So if your a slip owner and have cameras, watch out, if a transient do not use this place and if you need service, beware of your possessions could be stolen. This is unacceptable in any business and the last I checked, the employee is still employed. BEWARE
We always appreciate Port Annapolis’ hospitality! And their willingness to make our stay pleasurable.
Another great visit to Port Annapolis Marina - thanks Scott and James!
We arrived just after 5pm. Marina did not answer the VHF or the phone and there was no dockhand to assist. Docks are quite old and narrow. We received no orientation to the facility or area, and did not see or find any of the advertised amenities (no restaurant, no laundry, no ice, no wifi password). Marina is not near anything of interest that we could see. A grocery store is 1.5 miles away via Uber. I would stay here only if you have no other options.
Great facilities. Nice pool, nice docks. Very friendly staff!
Very good facility with active work yard. Docked on a Thursday for long weekend retreat. Slip assignment was not the greatest as i was assigned D-5 as maneuvering was challenging due to the number of boats lined up at dock. Electrical outlet needed service as it was pulling away from pedestal. Friday morning was awakened early due to active travel lift. Pool was great and facilities are well maintained.
Very friendly and helpful. Clean and nice and quiet. Facilities are very nice. I will be back!!
We were a family of 4 staying for the weekend at this marina. Staff was friendly and responsive; pool was awesome; new lounge chairs, plenty of tables and umbrellas, clean pool area and a little cafe open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also gas grills and picnic tables available for use. Dog-friendly and a short dinghy ride or Uber into downtown Annapolis; you can walk the grounds - there is a nearby trail. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. We loved this marina! It was quiet and peaceful but close to downtown Annapolis.
Our boat, La Vie Dansante, is a Fountaine Pajot Helia - a 44' sailing catamaran. We chose Port Annapolis for a pre-voyage haulout based on recommendations and family events I had in Maryland during the month of October. It was a great choice. Richard’s team was competent and professional, taking care of a wide range of maintenance requirements including fiberglass repair, metal brace fabrication, engine maintenance, saildrive repair, rudder bearing installation, standing rigging repair, bottom painting and hull polishing. The techs and mechs who worked on La Vie Dansante were courteous, timely and capable. It was also nice that the yard didn't restrict our access and work on our boat, so we got quite a few projects complete. Pricing was fair, and the cost for a number of tasks was absorbed by the yard for training of junior personnel who were always well supervised. We wound up being on the hard for longer than expected (3 weeks) based on some newly discovered issues that needed to be resolved, but when we needed parts, they arrived faster than estimated and the team got on the job right away. Also, the yard was accommodating and offered top notch facilities for our use while staying there. Staying aboard while on the hard is never a luxurious experience, but we enjoyed our time in the yard this time around. At the completion of repairs, the mechanic who worked on my engines and saildrives went on a “River Run” with us to put the gear through its paces. We left Port Annapolis with confidence in the diverse work that was completed on our complex boat, and ready to continue our adventure south. I will haul out here again if the time comes and I’m back in the Bay.
Scott, Alexis and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We did a short haul here and the travel lift operators were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The grounds and facilities were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!
This is an excellent marina, well located and run by a staff of friendly and knowledgeable professions. Well reccomendedfor a visit.
Really a nice place
Always have a great time here!
Excellent stay. Great place! Very comfortable marina and facilities. The staff is very helpful.
Nice marina. We got there just after Labor Day and access to all the amenities were limited. But during the season I could tell it would be great.
Great marina . The deck master is awesome. He will make sure you are take care of good . Great place . There is water taxi that will take you from marina to town .
Good dockhands. Passageway to slips is tight, limited turning area. Bathrooms and showers are excellent. Wifi at slip. Pool a little small and crowded. Location is opposite side of Back Creek and requires Uber or water taxi to reach downtown Annapolis.
Port Annapolis Marina is clearly a class operation! Dock master Blake Owen and ADM Scott are fabulous! We are frequent visitors and love the "family feel " at PAM. The pool is extremely clean and The Wet Dog Cafe on site offers delicious meals, chilled wine and really cold beer! Check out Noah's specials at the cafe!
pleasant surroundings and helpful staff. Park like setting. Docking staff was helpful.
