Marina owners and staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The facilities are dated but the owners are taking great steps to improve the marina.
Service department is a seperate company and they need to improve. I paid them to work on my sail boat this spring. I asked them to repair any electrical or plumbing issues and make my boat safe for the summer season. They left a hose disconnected. We launched the boat, and when I moved it to my slip my wife noticed it started taking on water. It was 4 inches deep above the floor boards.
The marina team (not the service company) acted quickly to help me get the boat out of the water. As I mentioned, they aren't the service department. Jack, the general manager, was able to find the problem and fix it.
I am truly grateful for their help and kindness. They saved my boat.
I am posting a 5 star review even though the marina needs some work. It's a beautiful quiet 5 star location with wonderful owners.
