I cannot stress how important it is to fully research your marina before entrusting your boat to them. Hop O Nose are well below standard when it comes to service, safety and customer care. Our mast was stepped up by them in September 2019 and nine months later we are still working with our insurance company through the effects of the damage they caused when they dropped the mast from 30 feet in the air straight onto our new 50 foot boat. Their practices are outdated and in my opinion dangerous. We are lucky that no-one was killed that day. I have seen other similar posts elsewhere about other damages caused by their work and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
