About
Cape Charles Yacht Center is the newest destination for yacht services on the East Coast. Ideally situated between the Northeast and Florida on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Cape Charles is the perfect location to provide megayacht services in a scenic, natural setting. The harbor sits right off the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay where it meets the Atlantic Ocean and features an 18-ft. deep channel for easy access. Fuel services is mostly accommodated for bulk purchases and is delivered from a truck strait to your slip. For gasoline and smaller purchases, the Cape Charles Town Marina has a fuel dock directly across from our marina.

Great facility. Renee and Patrick really went out of their way to help out. Even though we were only there one night they really were helpful . Highly recommend stopping her on your way north or south.
Easy access, professional, friendly accommodating staff. Free loaner car. Great restaurant on site (Hook @ Harvey), reservation recommended. Furthest marina from town but easy walk. Great WiFi. The only head is coed and is located in the office—they provide the code for off hour access.
26 July 2019: Came back to the charming town of Cape Charles and CCYC to have some work done i.e., hull sanded and painted and some general maintenance items. The support and service was fabulous from all the Staff. All the work was professional. Team was focused on all tasks. Will be back. We've been to Cape Charles Yacht Center several times - both winter and summer. Every time we come here, there are new changes. The new docks are fabulous. The Staff - Rob, Renee and Roger are wonderful. We always have work done on our boat while here and George (master mechanic/engineer) has always done a solid and professional job. Yes, I would love to see separate bathrooms for women/men and a laundry room. Easy walk into Town with great restaurants, shops, easy access to the beach.
Awesome. 5 Stars! Very friendly and helpful dockmaster. Very useful help in explaining approach (long time since I was at Cape Charles and there is much more water, thankfully, than on the charts). Lent us courtesy golf cart for the short trip to Town. You can bike or walk but the cart was real nice. Very clean Marina -- great for a Yacht Club trip.
Excellent marina! Staff was very friendly. Docking was easy. Any info we needed was very forthcoming. Place was well maintained. Restroom and shower were available 24 hrs/day. Facility made golf carts and a van available for getting around town. Only downside was that there was only one shower/bathroom.

There is a incredible investment being made in this marina. While it is currently only in the beginning stages, what they have done has been done well. Floating docks are wide and well built. There is currently only a single bathroom/shower, and no pool however the marina provides access to a golf cart and van. Cape Charles beach is easily accessible by dinghy or by the cart. I would definitely go back and would recommend this over the town docks.
