Overall a really fun time at OB Marina! It was convenient to everything: restaurants & bars, a good grocery store, and all the Circuit Ave. shopping. Jetty Beach is a beautiful spot to swim and watch the boats come and go.
It's a stern-in tie-up if you need to use the ladder on the wall to get off your boat, so be prepared to tie your lines to the pilings. We have found it's a lot nicer to tie up bow-in. Then you have privacy from the stream of people on the sidewalk; the cockpit is facing the harbor and shaded from the harsh sun in the afternoon; but you'll need a dinghy unless you're agile enough to climb off your bow pulpit onto a ladder. Or, if you don't mind using the launch to get around. It’s a fun vibe, friendly neighbors. We did not have any issue with noise late at night. Ask for a dockhand on the way in and someone will assist.
