My slip was changed at the last minute and I was assigned dockage outside the public rest room. Not sure what goes on there when the sun goes down. More than a few sketchy characters hanging around. Then they decided to change out the circuit breakers on the pedestals on Friday morning. No power for three hours. No notice prior to the event. We left early.
