1. The price was ridiculous compared to what was delivered. 2. There was no staff available when we arrived. 3. We called on the radio but they said later they have no radio. 4. We called and left a phone message requesting assistance but the call went to voicemail. 5. We met Raul on the first day and he was the worst possible person to have on any staff. 6. They have no marina facilities whatsoever. 7. You can’t get on and off your boat safely. 8. I would never stay here again. 9. Raul made it clear they would rather refund your money than have you explain the need for basic services.
