Beautiful spot. Nice moorings. Friendly dock staff and launch pilots. Quality work if you can manage to get them to do it. Absolutely zero communication with the business office, and by extension the service department. One out of every four or five calls or emails gets a response. Think you're in line to have work done on your boat? Forget it. Today I went out to what I thought was my mooring for the season, but my boat wasn't there. Sunk? Stolen? Who knows? Turns out it was moved back to the mooring I had last year. Nobody bothered to pick up the phone. I had a leak and the sole was underwater by four inches. I call and leave a voicemail. Days pass. Nothing. How much of this is due to the pandemic hangover, I don't know.
