Pros: location and friendly local marina residents. Power and water ok.
Cons: the wall is just exposed to the south wind. The power so if you are over 60 feet the docking is not ideal. This looks like it was a commercial dock facility. No security, rough docks and dirt parking lot make this “dirty”.
