on't know how to handle costumers that have been with the marina for years! My friend was renting a boat slip there and they accused him of saying "he could put 20$ down on a gun instead of paying them" and that they had "multiple witnesses"! This is a lie! He actually went in there and said "here is 10$ for a bag of ice and 20$ to shut up" not at all did he ever mention a gun! Who lies about that sort of stuff!! They even have video surveillance and Mrs Paula refused to watch it stating "I don't have to watch it because we have the right to terminate you for any reason". The reason why my friend was so upset was not once did they send him a bill! They just wanted to embarrass him publicly in front of other boaters instead! There have been many unhappy boaters with this marina saying that the new manager Ashley is overbearing and two faced. I really hope this marina goes under for this very reason. They do not care about their customers in the least! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
