Mariposa Landing is a great marina. The owner is dilegente on keeping safe and united clientele. There are always new thing sbeing offered each year like jet ski rental or boat cleaning services. So long as you pay on time and keep your slip clean there's no issues. It's a great area to be around and there's so many interesting things to see and do like the weekend markers and great food.
