Great harbor, great location! Convenient to all of downtown Newport. Marina staff was excellent and ahead of curve for arrivals and attention to other details. Hotel pool access was ridiculous in that entry and re-entry required a staff member to open the door each time. No key card or code for self entry. Guests endured cold showers unless someone turned on all the hot water faucets an hour in advance of showering to await the arrival of hot water from a distant source! What a stupid waste of fresh water resources and needless load on the sanitary drainage system! The hot water circulator pump must be broken or missing in the hotel. Nearby eating and drinking venues have loud music until 10 PM, then normally quieter after 10PM.
