Dock staff and slip accommodations, very good. Bathroom and shower facilities, poor. No hot water, for our first 2 days. We were informed the boiler supplying the hot water is a great distance away. Our third day, we let the water run an hour, before we used the showers. This is unacceptable and not environmentally sound. Also, men’s shower stalls, tile and plumbing valves in poor repair. Some soap dispensers were empty.
