We were not able to safely navigate into the marina. It was low tide andthe shoaling made it unsafe. We grounded, and luckily, we were able to get off. We reversed course to deeper water. Dockwa failed to account for the tides and the draft of our boat. We are requesting a refund for the transient docking fee.
