First off, they handled our docking in a 30+ squall with skill and confidence. Once that passed, they were cheerful and helpful. The showers have been updated and may be the best on the Bay. The adjacent relaxing room is a very nice touch, with free coffee and tables inside and out on a veranda to enjoy an evening before heading into town for dinner.
