The amenities were fantastic, however we were put at the old rundown docks at the boatyard. First Mate stubbed toe, fell, and skinned knee from a warped dock board sticking up over an inch. The worst part was the boatyard side was separated from the main marina by a condominium property and the community beach parking lot. The walk from our slip to the pool was 1/3 of a mile! Might have felt differently if it had been explained ahead, and wasn't charged the high premium rate of the main marina with the nice floating docks near the pool and bath house.
