The dockmaster Robert was phenomenal, sorting our large group of boats out to try to keep us at the main marina part. The bathhouses were pretty much a disgrace: while large and well built, they were filthy. Toilet paper shreds on floors, hair in sinks, a loose toilet in the same bathroom where there was feces on the wall beside the toilet. All the toilets needed to be cleaned and all the trash cans needed to be emptied. On overhead light was out in one as well. This place is known to have some of the best bath houses on the Bay, but these were a shambles. Their great room was nice, however. I think they just don't have anyone on staff who takes care of the bathrooms. It's been the same in prior visits. The manager was a bit defensive when I reviewed, demanding to know why I didn't inform anyone that the baths needed attention. First of all, not my job. Second of all, I did that two years ago and nothing changed. For the top dollar that they charge, I'd expect at the very least cleanliness. They're only getting a two as Robert was so great and their docks are new.
