Shallowbag Bay Marina was a great stop for us in the Outer Banks! We ended up staying a week!
First of all - Dockmaster Tim is THE BEST, hands down. Takes care of you, gives you the local info, tracks down rogue UPS packages, helps you get a rental car when there are none available, accommodates any and all requests, and more! 10/10 just for Tim!
The marina is fully equipped with coin laundry, clean shower/restroom, pool, fitness center, ship store, clean docks, and a nice pet-friendly area. It's located in a great spot - close to downtown shops, grocery, and various spots to eat. Right in the marina is Salt & Cypress which is DELICIOUS and a must try!
We really enjoyed our stay - will be back to visit again soon!
