Dockmaster Da is helpful. He is best contacted by phone as he does not monitor VHF. His office is a couple hundred yards from the transient docks. The ferry from Haverstraw occasionally throws a very large wake when it comes into Ossining. We had a spring line snap as the floating concrete dock does not attenuate large wakes effectively. Make sure you are well secured. Pool is not open to transients. Showers and bathrooms are quite dated. Club house is average. Train station is a few minutes walk.
