Could have gone a little better. Had a reservation and arrived at 3:30 and after waiting come to find out someone having lunch was in our slip. Had to stay at face dock that night. It was the busiest day of the year for them so they were doing the best they could. Carmen Dockmaster of the day did the best he could during the circumstances. The manager reached out and offered a discount to my dockage. I think the did they’re very best under the circumstances . I’ll definitely be back
