GREAT MARINA! If you had a question, it got answered. If you needed help, they were there for you. Blue shirt staff were everywhere. Clean bathrooms/showers. Dock decking is in perfect shape. Pet relief area could be bigger. It is only about 3'x4' astroturf and that's just not enough for a larger dog to find their spot. The back up is to take them to the end of Navy Pier and walk them across the street. Not a huge deal. Also, dock bow-out, otherwise you will get a lot of wave slaps under your swim platform. The "Wave Attenuator" at the entrance to the harbor does little to to knock down what comes in from the lake. Wifi could be better as it was very spotty at times.
We spent 4 days there over the Chicago Air and Water Show and the location, staff, and facilities were excellent.
