NPM It is nicely designed. The floating docks are wonderful with clean and wide walking surfaces. There are substantially stout cleats with the ability to slide them to optimal locations for total boat security. The power pedestals and water pressure are world class as are the security gates with personalized access codes. There is some boat movement but nothing significant. Street noise is substantial but your in the city! Great amenities too.
