As a marina manager here in upstate NY, I leave my sailboat with Coquina Marina during the summer months and live aboard during the winter months. This is a great marina, with Robin, Rob & Chris all keeping an eye on my boat. I heard they just upgraded the WIFI looking forward to getting back for the winter. Excellent marina!!
