Good rates. Too early for swimming pool. New owner Scott is young, ambitious and very helpful in docking, pump out. Towels supplied in showers are a nice touch. Clubhouse is great, open 24 hrs wit tv, books, games, air conditioning among other amenities. He didn’t have the store open yet. Free washers and dryers also a nice touch although they need work and I’m sure he’ll be on it. At the time they are one of the lowest in fuel prices.
