Things have changed here. The marina was just sold. One girl runs the office and dock. She was great, but doing the work of two people. The restaurant is closed. No loaner car. No liquor license, so can't sell the beer in the cooler. Bathrooms are so, so. Laundry is filthy. Pool is closed, but that may be seasonal. The new owner was nowhere in sight, which doesn't bode well for the future. Fair wind protection except from the SE.
