It would be great if they could follow up on tasks at hand such as: fixing my hose bib that has been broken for two years, maintaining my lift that has not been maintained (overall) for over three years, and finally, providing updates of our local conditions when the docks flood and the conditions that are relevant such as: power shut off, wind conditions, are relevant.
