It is in the perfect location and a pleasure to be there, save that getting a 36 foot + boat in or out is very difficult unless you are allocated a slip with adequate space in front.
I did not have such a dock. If one is considering a long term slip. Check it first. The staff are great and the restroom facilities first class.
