Always appreciate good customer service. Had a great dockhand greet us at SHZ, even wearing a face mask, which we appreciated. During 19 day cruise in July (meaning lots of overnights in marinas for power/AC), this had by far the best pool. Only knock on SHZ is price. How about giving transients a break on quick overnights in the middle of the week? $100 for a 39 ft trawler on a Tuesday seems high. But I’m a cheapskate.
