The marina appears nice and full service. We were transist and will say disappointed in the Dockmaster. We requested to stay an additional night and looked into an extended winter stay. Never got called back or word. Had to go into office after passing individual on dock for office to assist with the extra night as he walked back in. When I ask stated sold out.
I will say for a large group marina this is not what we have experienced at other Safe Harbors. He might have had a bad day but customer service is something we have learn to expect at Safe Harbor Marinas
