This is one of our favorites! The staff is friendly, helpful and go beyond. Their courtesy car was out of commission so Jim the Harbour master drove me around for groceries and errands with a big smile. The grounds are lovely. The pool is huge. It was fun joining in on trivia games and the Tuesday night potluck barbecue and they have a great Italian restaurant in the parking lot this gets five stars and we will be back
