Excellent. Excellent facilities, Excellent yard team Paul & Cheryl, Excellent Dock master Dave. Needed to run to hardware store 4miles away for a part and Paul actually drove me. Deep water to and in Marina but pay attention to markers and leave wide distance between them. We draw 7’2” and came in at night (not by choice). Well protected. Had 30min storm producing gusts to 45+ w no issues. Bathrooms appear to be cleaned multiple times a day and are new, spacious. Everything in town is walking distance and 2 exceptional art and maritime museum faculties nearby for adults and young kids. Next town over has everything but a Costco. Italian restaurant in yard very good but make reservations. As noted, clean, safe, friendly and fun because of excellent property management. No fuel.
