Very well managed and a relief that one town isn't intent on ripping off cruisers. $45 per night is OK, despite the lack of any services. Dinghy dock is very tight.
Note, Moorings close in are subject to very strong currents which can run differently from the wind. Most difficult pickup we've had in 40 years, other than Biddeford Pool.
