The harbor was empty but we were sent to mooring # 39 . When I asked for a closer mooring , the harbormaster gave me a bogus answer that the mooring I was given was the closest rated mooring for my vessel . The weekend before , I was on mooring 5 which was also empty this time . It was a little disappointing to get what felt like a brush off .
