Everything went smoothly except for the restrooms. On the door, facilities say they are open 6am to 6 pm. I pulled up to the fuel dock at 6:45 on 8/8/25. The person at the fuel dock informed me that the person to open the restrooms and showers arrives at 7:00 am. At 7:15, there were at least 10 people waiting to use the facilities but no one had arrived yet to open them. We had to leave because we were trying to time the current at Woods Hole.
This is unprofessional. Boaters are on time schedules for Woods Hole and other destinations. It is one thing to be 2 or 3 minutes late to open up, but 15 minutes late is uncalled for. Please make sure the staff opens the facilities on time. Thank you.
