This is a lovely location. Right next to the Chappy Ferry. Although also close to the working crane. There is active all day. Fuel trucks are constantly pulling in and blocking the driveway. The harbor is close to walking to all the restaurants and local shops. We were on a slip during hurricane Erin. Very secure.
There are no amenities however. Bathroom facilities are old and dirty. The showers are in horrible condition. The shower curtains have mold. The floor is dirty and unsanitary. The shower heads are clogged causing little water pressure. The most offensive is the daily cost of $10/foot. Plus electric. For a pristine facility it would almost be worth it. But the facilities are a dump. Third world. EH clean up your operation and give boaters a pleasant experience.
