Great Harbor, but having to leave by 10 am or otherwise be subjected to an $80 penalty is extreme, and outside policy of other harbors. It can be a long sail to get to beautiful Edgartown, and the early checkout limits ones opportunity to enjoy it. It can typically be a long trip to get there and it is hard to believe that boaters will be arriving that early at a mooring.
