Excellent marina staff; friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of local area. We have been seasonal guests here for years and plan to return each season. The breakwater has recently been expanded and the south side approach has been dredged. The adjacent commercial dock is interesting as it provides a view into the past where many such ports in Maine were built around the fishing industry. The shower and laundry area is simple but adequate. Town is but a short walk away and there is a free bus service to Bar Harbor and beyond
