This is our 3 rd time to stay here. This time was not great. Was meeting another boat here for the night. When we approached the marina we tried call on radio multiple times tried calling by phone multiple times. We never got anyone to answer our calls. We kinda knew where we were docking so with help from customers at restaurant we were able to get tied up. Shortly after our friends showed up on their boat. They also had tried to call on radio and phone multiple times, no response from Marina. We were able to move our boat up enough that they were able tie off behind us. We spent the night and left with no response or call back from Marina. The office was not close to where we docked (a little hike). We did not walk to office. We had dinner instead.
They should be more responsive especially when they knew they had two boats coming into dock.
My opinion it was full self service no help to dock no contact with marina.
