I've had only good experiences in Safe Harbor Rockland. The staff is beyond helpful and dedicated (Chris, Melvin - thank you so much!), going the extra mile to help with transportation, boat issues, deliveries, and so on that seem to come up while cruising. Also, the laundry and bathroom facilities are always pristine and well supplied - best I've ever seen anywhere in a marina. One small but very appreciated detail is that they provide fresh towels for showers, which can be wonderful up in Maine in early or late season, when condensation can be an issue and towels just don't dry easily on a boat.
