I received an email saying that if I arrived after 5,00 pm I will have to pay extra, I received an email saying that If ai don't announce how much trash I dispossed I will be penalize. but then I make a reservation to the restaurant and I go at my exact time and they don't have the reservations on book and they have to ask if they can let me in. I don't thing is fare or good service. I received an email confirming my reservation.
Also I am supposed to arrive between 1 and 5,00 pm I call for diesel and they told me they have that they can give me max 500 gal but then I arrived at 4,15 pm and they said that the gas is only fro 10,00 am to 4,00 pm .
If you put so many rules you should live by rules the gas should be open till at least the check in hours or you should be very clear on how you let your guest know and the same with the reservations on the restaurant.
