Would have been 5 stars if it had not been for the fact we couldn't use any of the facilities during non-office hours (e.g., showers, restrooms, etc) due to a computer problem and fact they couldn't load the necessary "electronic key" into the open cessamee app used for admittance. The staff was VERY helpful in getting into the slip and all other items. Everything in downtown Wilmington is easily accessible from the marina, and the marina grill restaurant on-site was excellent.
