We stayed in the marina here over the Christmas holiday.
The Good: The staff at the resort are all EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. The dockmaster called us the day before arrival to confirm our reservation and get an estimated arrival time. We hailed the dockmaster as we approached, and were promptly met at the dock to help with dock lines and power connections. The facility is one of the cleanest that we've ever patronized. The marina itself is beautiful and well protected. The docks, power, grilling stations, bike racks and other facilities are great. The pool, bar and hottub area are very nice. We were able to enjoy the facilities and still maintain distance from other guests. There are several good dining establishments within walking and biking distance.
The Bad: This place was obviously not originally designed to be a resort or transient marina. The dockmaster's office is as far from the docks as one can get and still be on property. There is no food/kitchen on property. There is no ships store or fuel available onsite. The marina shower facilities are locked up in the fitness center, and only available by special request and during business hours.
Summary: There was a lot to like about this place, but given the proximity of other marinas that in the area that were really designed for the purpose, we're not sure if we'd come back.
